Gouda PZH Zuid-Holland kannetjes P-decor 1905-10

Stel aardewerk kannetjes met fraai polychrome distel decor op roomwitte ondergrond, gemaakt bij de Plateelfabriek Zuid-Holland in Gouda. De beschildering is het zgn. P-decor in de stijl van het beroemde eierschaal porselein van Rozenburg uit Den haag. Schildersignatuur van W. van Maanen. De datering is 1905-1910.
De hoogte van de kannetjes is 16,5 cm. Beide kannetjes hebben een onzichtbare professionele restauratie aan de tuit.

Set of earthenware jugs with beautiful polychrome thistle decor on a creamy white background, made at the Plateelfabriek Zuid-Holland in Gouda. The painting is the so-called P-decor in the style of the famous eggshell porcelain by Rozenburg from The Hague. Painter’s signature by W. van Maanen. The dating is 1905-1910. The height of the jugs is 16.5 cm. Both jugs have an invisible professional restoration on the spout..
