Gouda Zuid-Holland theeservies ontw.

Afmetingen: (zonder deksels)
theepot: lengte 25 cm, hoogte 8 cm.
melkkannetje: lengte 16,5 cm, hoogte 5,5 cm
suikerpot: lengte 17,5, hoogte 5,5 cm.

Offered is a beautiful, unique cream-colored glazed tea set with orange glazed lids from the 9000 service, consisting of a teapot, sugar bowl, and milk jug. Also included is a rare orange glazed tea light holder, possibly also part of the 9000, but it cannot be found anywhere in the literature.

All parts are a design by H.J. Jansen van Galen, manufactured by Plateelbakkerij Zuid-Holland in Gouda. Dated approx. 1930-32. The orange lids contain a small amount of uranium oxide. Not dangerous for users, but dangerous for the workers. Therefore, Zuid-Holland discontinued this lid color in 1932, and they were produced in solid cream or black.

All parts bear the stamped mark: N.V.Kon.Plazuid Gouda and the monogram for H.J. Jansen van Galen. Condition: all parts are in very good condition. Only the small milk jug has a few bare spots on the inside of the bottom. See also the detail photos.
